'Walk With Me' follows a community of Zen Buddhist monks and nuns who have dedicated their lives to mastering the art of mindfulness with their world-famous teacher Thich Nhat Hanh. Filmed over three years in France and the USA, this intimate and meditative film travels deep inside a world that seems far from our everyday, and reveals how the monastics transform suffering in themselves and in others through their deep enquiry into the nature of existence, suffering, and their true selves. 《正念的奇跡》拍攝了一群禪修出家人的社群。他們畢生致力于追隨國際知名的老師一行禪師掌握正念的藝術(shù)。拍攝時間前後歷時超過三年，橫跨法國、美國。這部親切又發(fā)人深思的電影，進(jìn)入了一個遠(yuǎn)離我們?nèi)粘Ｉ畹氖澜纾瑏K且揭示了僧侶們?nèi)绾瓮ㄟ^深入探尋存在的本質(zhì)、煩惱的由來和各自真實的自己轉(zhuǎn)化自己和他人的煩惱。
